Each job is quoted per site after a survey or floor-plan review.

What event network services does EventWiFi provide?
EventWiFi provides event WiFi hire, temporary internet connections, site surveys and coverage planning, payment and ticketing networks, live-streaming connectivity, guest WiFi, temporary CCTV, temporary cabling and support during the hire. Event lighting and sound installation is delivered by partner AV specialists and coordinated with the network as one job.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. Some clients only need a backup connection, a payment network or extra coverage where the venue WiFi falls short. Others want the whole job from survey to pack-down. Tell us what you already have and we will quote only what is missing.
Where do you provide event network services?
Our team is based in Sydney and takes on projects across Australia. Sydney jobs are local; for interstate events we plan the network with you before we travel, then install and test it on site.
