Event WiFi and network equipment hire
Routers, mesh kits, business access points, switches, cables, 4G/5G routers and security cameras, configured for your event before the hire starts.
EventWiFi hires out network equipment for events and temporary sites: business routers with separate-network support, tri-band mesh WiFi kits, business-grade and outdoor access points, PoE switches, network cables, 4G/5G mobile routers and hotspots, and security cameras with recording equipment. Equipment is configured for your event before the hire, and installation and support can be included. Hire is quoted per event.
Equipment is only half of a working event network. The other half is choosing the right amount, putting it in the right place and configuring it so staff, guests, payments and cameras do not get in each other's way. That is why every hire starts with a quick look at your headcount, space and connection.
Not sure what to hire? Start with the event WiFi kits page or run the event network planner. For the full service, see event WiFi hire.

What equipment can I hire for event WiFi?
You can hire business routers with separate-network (VLAN) support, tri-band mesh WiFi nodes, business-grade PoE access points, weather-rated outdoor access points, PoE switches, network cables, 4G/5G mobile routers, portable hotspots, and security cameras with recording equipment.
Is the equipment set up before the event?
Yes. Network names, passwords and separate networks for staff, guests, payments and devices are configured before the hire starts. Installation and support during the hire can be included; tell us which you need when you enquire.
How do I know how much equipment to hire?
Start from your peak headcount, the size and layout of the space, and what people will do online. The event network planner gives a starting estimate, and we confirm the equipment list after a floor-plan review.
Not sure what you need yet?
Send us the venue, dates and headcount. We will tell you what the network needs and quote it as one job.
Tell us about your event or site
Call us, or send the venue or address, dates, headcount and what people will use the network for. A floor plan or a few photos help.
